Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Sudoku Rise. By using the game, you agree to them.
1. Using the service
You may use Sudoku Rise for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You are responsible for your device, platform account, and activity performed through your game account.
2. Accounts and progress
The game may begin with a guest account and may later link to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. Keep access to your platform account secure. Cloud saves and sync features are designed to preserve progress, but you should not attempt to manipulate save data, scores, achievements, or account identifiers.
3. Fair play
Do not use automation, modified clients, exploits, false submissions, or other methods that create unfair leaderboard, challenge, XP, or achievement results. We may reject suspicious runs, remove invalid results, suspend access, or reset affected data.
4. Ownership
Sudoku Rise, its software, visual design, text, and service infrastructure are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the game.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, or the game experience. Online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or events outside our control.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
