1. Information we collect

Account and device information

• A generated guest/player identifier and display name.
• A device installation identifier, platform, app version, and build number.
• If you connect a platform account, the Google Play Games or Apple Game Center player identifier, display name, and authentication proof needed to verify the connection. We do not receive your platform password.

Gameplay and progress

• Puzzle difficulty, completion time, mistakes, hints, challenge participation, and validation status.
• XP, level, streaks, achievements, and leaderboard scores.
• Your active puzzle state and notes when cloud save is enabled.

Technical information

• IP address, request time, request identifier, response status, and limited diagnostic data in server logs.

Sudoku Rise does not request contacts, photos, precise location, payment-card details, or advertising identifiers. The current app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. How we use information

• Operate accounts, gameplay, cloud saves, achievements, challenges, and leaderboards.
• Sync progress between devices and recover saved games.
• Verify platform identity and prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or impossible game submissions.
• Maintain security, diagnose failures, provide support, and improve reliability.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Sharing and public information

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed with service providers that operate the game, including hosting/database infrastructure, Google Play Games Services, and Apple Game Center. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Leaderboard entries may make your platform display name, score, rank, and difficulty visible to other players. Do not use a display name that reveals information you do not want shown publicly.

4. Storage and retention

Account, progress, completed-run, achievement, and cloud-save information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and audit the service. Operational logs are retained for a limited period. Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, backups, or legal obligations.

5. Security

We use encrypted network transport, access controls, signed sessions, rate limits, audit records, and restricted production credentials. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Children

Sudoku Rise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information. You can also disconnect platform access through your Google or Apple account settings. To request account deletion, follow the steps on the Delete account page.

8. International processing

Depending on your location and our infrastructure providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply reasonable safeguards when information is transferred.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated for material revisions.
