Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Sudoku Rise account and associated game data.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Sudoku Rise and note your player ID from the Profile screen, if available.
  2. Email info@keytd.com with the subject Sudoku Rise Account Deletion.
  3. Include your player ID, platform (Android or iOS), and platform display name. We may ask for limited additional information to verify control of the account.

What will be deleted

  • Player profile and linked Google Play Games or Game Center identity.
  • Active sessions and cloud-save data.
  • Progression, achievements, challenge claims, and leaderboard records controlled by our backend.
  • Completed-run history associated with the account.

Platform-owned achievements or leaderboard data may also need to be managed through Google or Apple account controls.

Timing and exceptions

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited records may remain temporarily in backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law. Deletion cannot be undone.
